Theresa A. Vitello

An associate at Levy Phillips & Konigsberg, Theresa specializes in federal qui tam and state whistle-blower litigation. She also focuses on consumer fraud litigation, commercial litigation, and employment law. Prior to joining LPK, Theresa worked in private practice where she focused on cases involving securities law, insurance insolvency, commercial litigation, class action litigation, and employment discrimination.

Theresa is licensed to practice law in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. She is also licensed to appear before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York Bar Association, and the New Jersey Bar Association.

Theresa graduated from Villanova University School of Law in 2002. While there, she was an executive member of the Moot Court Board, and a teaching and research assistant in the legal writing department. In 1999, she earned her undergraduate degree from Fairfield University where she graduated magna cum laude and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.
