| In 1988,
Philip received a Bachelor of Science degree from St. John's University,
College of Business Administration. In 1991, he graduated, cum
laude, from St. John=s University School of Law where he served
as a member of the St. John's Law Review and the Faculty Research
Assistance Program. He was a recipient of the St. Thomas Moore
Scholarship. After finishing law school, Philip had the privilege
of interning and clerking for distinguished Judges from the Southern
District of New York, the United States Court of International
Trade, and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. |
