Marissa Olsen

An associate at Levy Phillips & Konigsberg, Marissa Olsen specializes in transactional residential and commercial real estate. She also handles cases involving real estate lending transactions.

Before joining LPK in June, 2005, Marissa worked for over six years as an associate with a corporate firm in midtown Manhattan. While there, she worked primarily in the areas of real estate, corporate transactions, and elder law.

Marissa has represented hundreds of clients in purchasing, selling and refinancing loans on houses, cooperative apartments, condominiums, and commercial properties in New York and New Jersey. Furthermore, she has represented several major lending institutions in a variety of residential and commercial real estate matters.

Marissa received a Bachelor of Arts from George Washington University in 1992. In 1998, she graduated from Brooklyn Law School, where she represented the State of New York in the finals of the American Bar Association's National Negotiation Competition. Marissa is admitted to practice law in the state courts of New York and New Jersey, as well as in the Southern and Eastern District federal courts of New York. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the New York City Bar Association where she is a member of the Cooperative and Condominium Law Committee.
