Bextra
BEXTRA, a widely prescribed osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis pain medication, while no longer advertised and prescribed, was suspended from sale in April 2004, as mounting evidence indicated serious problems with BEXTRA.

Classified as an NSAID [Non-Steroidal Anti Inflammatory Drug] and COX-2 inhibitor, studies reveal BEXTRA can cause a significant increased risk of heart attack, stroke, blood clots, and Steven Johnson Syndrome, a serious multi-symptom illness causing great pain and suffering.

Other known side effects include hypersensitivity, anaphylactic and angiodema, allergic reactions to the skin and appendages.
